Adults– Whether you have no medical challenges or multiple health conditions this program will help you understand the importance of including Fitness into your Survival Plan! This presentation also includes a workout! (optional)
Youth– This youth based program is aimed at teaching students ages 10-25 how fitness plays a role in their leadership. This presentation includes a workout! (optional)

Fitness is a key component to surviving and thriving! Although I have had multiple open heart surgeries and a double mastectomy, I have always found it important to stay moving! Fitness has been not only helped me physically heal but been a strong component of my mental healing as well.

What will we do? As part of my survival time with you we will discover some keys to understanding your goals for surviving life’s most challenging moments. We will set goals and appropriate steps for reaching those goals. Maybe it is as simple as incorporating accountability measures for you accomplish a task such as setting an appointment with a doctor, or researching your options, staying positive, focusing on being grateful? We will pick some basic practices that you enjoy to include as part of your survival journey so that you can see simple improvements and build confidence. In addition, we will include a “consequence”/”reward” system that will help you stay focused as you accomplish various milestones!
